Paint Ball

Paintball is a serious fun activity and funnily one of the safest, apparently more people are injured playing golf and bowling so that just proves how safe it is.

Top safety equipment means you are protected from the paint pellets. Paintball is a great team activity and normally there a two teams per game and there are lots of different games to play.

You can play in different types of terrain and have games indoors and outdoors plus there are different types of cover from barrels to trees. The goal is to eliminate as many of the players as possible or capture their flag.
