Abseiling Nelson Stag

Enjoy an adrenaline rush, then going down a rock  face with only a rope attached to you is bound to get the heart pumping and the blood rushing around.

Get the boys together and have a safety briefing, then kit them up in all the safety gear and get them over the edge. Like I said it will get the adrenaline going and they will be buzzing by the time it comes for the drinking to start.

If you have never done it then doing it with your mates is the way to go.
