Paint balling is a fun and great team activity to do and it also is a great ice breaker if some of your group has never met. It is action packed, there are lots of different games to play.

Some of the boys will enjoy be kitted out in combat gear as it will be the most manly they will have felt for ages.

This activity is around 3 hours, and all equipment is supplied and believe it or not it is one of the safest sports to do more people are hurt playing golf and bowling than paint balling.
